What happens after you pay?
- Your verified payment is matched to your customer and RevenueLuma tenant record.
- Your onboarding is activated.
- You receive the applicable welcome/onboarding communication and delivery or access instructions.
- RevenueLuma establishes the business context and capabilities included in your plan.
- Revenue opportunities and recommended next actions move through the connected RevenueLuma workflow.
- Results and operational status are delivered through the approved customer access or delivery channel.
What RevenueLuma does
RevenueLuma helps a business identify revenue opportunities, recover missed revenue, prioritise growth actions and connect those actions to measurable outcomes through the existing marketing, sales, analytics, finance and Business Control Center layers.
How AI is used
RevenueLuma can use AI to analyse business context, identify opportunities, prioritise actions and prepare recommendations. AI is routed through the central model layer rather than being hard-wired to one provider. Actions that require approval remain subject to the configured safety and approval rules.
What we need from you
During onboarding, RevenueLuma may require your business identity, website, commercial goals and the information needed to connect only the capabilities included in your plan. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through general contact forms.
Support
Use the official RevenueLuma contact page for support. Support requests are received server-side and can be tracked with persistent request IDs.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
RevenueLuma plans are billed monthly. Cancellation follows the documented offboarding process. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable once the applicable service period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Privacy and data
RevenueLuma uses tenant-scoped processing so customer and company data remain separated between tenants. The production legal layer includes the applicable Terms, Privacy information, Cookie information and DPA where required.

No. The connected platform handles model routing and operational workflows.
Is RevenueLuma tied to one AI provider?
No. The architecture uses a central Model Router so the business layer is not designed to depend directly on a single provider.
