Data we process
We process information you submit, including identity, business contact, company, website, enquiry and consent information. For paid service we may also process PayPal customer/subscription identifiers, plan and payment state, onboarding, service events, support records and revenue-attribution data. RevenueLuma does not store payment-card details.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to requests, take pre-contractual steps, perform the service agreement, meet legal duties, secure and support the platform, and pursue legitimate interests in reliable business operations. Optional analytics is based on consent where required.
Providers
Authorized hosting, database, payment, transactional-email, analytics, customer-operations and AI providers process only the data needed for their configured function. PayPal processes subscription payments under its own applicable terms and notices. Processor activity for customer-controlled data is addressed in the DPA.
Retention
Records are retained for the active service, support, security, audit and legally required accounting periods. On cancellation, access is updated and data is returned, deleted or retained according to documented instructions and applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
