These terms govern the RevenueLuma AI Business Growth Platform provided by Kakumetsa Kalakasvatuse OÜ to business customers.
Plans and billing
Revenue Recovery costs €499 per month. Growth costs €999 per month. Each plan has a €0 setup fee, monthly billing and no performance fee. VAT is added where legally applicable. Production subscriptions are processed by the existing RevenueLuma PayPal Business account.
Subscription activation
A service subscription activates only after RevenueLuma receives and verifies PayPal’s server-side payment/subscription event and matches it to the customer and RevenueLuma tenant. A browser success message alone does not activate service.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate business and contact information, lawful instructions, required consents and authorized access to connected systems. The customer remains responsible for approving high-impact external actions where the service requires approval.
AI and results
AI may analyse approved data and prepare recommendations or controlled workflow outputs. RevenueLuma does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, ranking, lead volume or return on investment.
Payment failures
A failed or overdue payment may trigger retry, dunning and operator attention. Access may be limited only after the subscription/payment state is verified and handled under the applicable order and law.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation requests must be matched to the customer’s PayPal subscription and become effective when the resulting provider state is confirmed. RevenueLuma confirms the effective date, access/offboarding state and applicable retention status in writing. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable once the applicable service period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Privacy and data processing
The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and, where RevenueLuma acts as processor, the Data Processing Addendum form part of the service framework.
Governing law
These terms and RevenueLuma paid services are governed by the laws of Estonia.
