What happens after I pay?
PayPal sends a verified server-side event. RevenueLuma matches it to your customer record, creates onboarding, activates secure access and sends the next-step email and customer manual.
When does AI act?
AI may analyse approved data and prepare recommendations. External publishing, payment decisions and other high-impact actions remain subject to configured controls and human approval.
How is billing handled?
Revenue Recovery is €499/month and Growth is €999/month. Setup is €0, there is no performance fee, and VAT is added where legally applicable. PayPal Business processes subscriptions.
How do I cancel?
Submit a cancellation request through RevenueLuma support. We match it to the PayPal subscription, confirm the provider state, update access and apply the documented retention/deletion process.
Are fees refundable?
Paid subscription fees are non-refundable once the applicable service period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
